These guys are great!! With all the stress of sending a Child to a different state for school, the last thing you want to worry about is if you child is being treated professionally and fairly when they go in to get their vehicle looked at. I have sent my daughter here multiple times for normal maintenance to mystery sounds in the engine compartment. This team of mechanics are quick to help. They leave here with a list of items that are marked according to urgency and have the safety of the child in mind when something is really wrong and needs to be urgently fixed. Got my transmission fluids and power steering fluids flushed and replaced. Great price! Managed to complete in a couple of hours.

Honest One in Provo does excellent work! I have relied on them for several years and have always been pleased with the service.

I went in for emissions testing a few days ago. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they have messaged me daily since asking for one, which is pretty annoying. The main downside is that their website scheduling doesn’t work. Also, the emissions testing took nearly an hour, even with an appointment. Last year I went somewhere else and it took 15 minutes. It was reasonably priced though.

I’ve been going to Honest One since 2017 for any & all car complications (there have been many!). I just converted my partner to taking his car here too bc he’s had horrible car mechanic experiences. They are: - ALWAYS honest - they’ve told me on multiple different occasions that I don’t actually need to replace something / have work done on the car when they easily could’ve done it or faked it and collected the money - So kind! - best customer service every single time - Incredible prices - I always do a price comparison before getting major work done on my car and they’re always the most reasonable I would recommend Honest One to anyone and for any car work. They are the best!
