Honest One is great, I’ve been going to them for awhile, but I don’t think I’ll be going anymore. They’re a bigger shop now and charge big shop prices. More business folks than mechanics
Ryan, Thank you for being a Returning Customer! This Honest one location has been a family owned and operated business for 10+ years. We have seen other shops come and go, and if paying attention to current rates, and making sure we can take care of both our employees and our valued customers is what you mean by "business folks" then, Thank you! We have found that in order to retain good talent, you have to pay for it. We aren't the highest, or the lowest, but we are reasonable. This way we can invest in good talented technicians and continue to do good work. We work hard to deliver the best service possible. To us, that means fixing the problem at reasonable rates. And also, letting you know what other issues we see that might be an issue in the near future. We don't pressure anyone, we just leave you a report with some estimated costs so that you the customer can decide if and when to do the additional work. If there is a specific experience that you were not satisfied with, please call the shop and ask for Kris, She will be happy to listen and do what we can to make it right.
