We love Honest One. We have taken many cars there to get diagnosed and they are always so good at communicating and letting us know what they found. No pressure to fix problems unless you tell them to. I highly recommend Honest One.

So i was getting a used car evaluation, and the lady at the desk was so friendly and nice! It’s also in a very great area of provo, and if you have free time you can walk around and enjoy some great food. Luckily the told me I dodged a bullet with my car and gave such nice tips. Super advanced while also being beginner friendly 10/10 :)

Great service, offered me a ride to and from the shop with no additional charge.

Honest One was highly recommended to me by several family members and even my tow truck driver. We had a couple of "miscommunication" problems that I wasn't super jazzed about, however, in the end, they made everything right. I'm super happy with the results. Very nice people. I hope I wasn't too much of a Karen. Would definitely recommend!!!

So far so good if I have any problems with my AC they said I could come back and they'll take. Look at it.
