If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars. They took my truck as an emergency repair, as I had been left stranded on my trip without power steering and without power brakes, and got to work on it immediately. I had called other local mechanics that were giving me delays between 3 days and 3 weeks before getting to my vehicle. When I called Kris she showed compassion and understanding of my situation, and opened up a bay to take care of my vehicle right away, so I could get on with my trip. The work was excellent, very professional, and without delays. The cost of the repair ended up being below what I was expecting, without any extra charges for the emergency service. Total surprise. If I were in Provo, I would certainly take all my cars to this shop.

I absolutely love this place and will always be using. I love that I got text updates as well as phone calls. I wasn't overcharged and my car was ready by the end of the day. Everyone was friendly, professional and timely! Absolutely amazing!!!

I've been using Honest 1 Auto for a few years now. The first handful of times I received quotes from Honest 1, I would get second/third opinions on the work I needed done. But after Honest 1 always proving to be the best quality for the best price, I just accepted that they are the best auto shop in town.

I took my elderly parents minivan in to Honest 1 to have the squeak from a pulley that was causing a burnt smell of a belt fixed or replaced. picked up the van the next day with the same squeak and the same burnt smell. They did however replace 2 pulleys and the belt. One pulley had already been replaced and I told them this. I thought they would troubleshoot the issue before replacing anything but I was sadly mistaken.

started on my vehicl exactly when scheduled. Very friendly. Service was excellent.
