I was referred to honest 1 Auto, and they have always been fair, great to work with, true to their name, honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't.

They did not help with the problem my car had, they just charged for something that i did not ask them to check, which i doubt it because i had taken it to a mechanic before then. they flush the brake system and then they told me i needed a new break master cylinder without even checking that in the first place. They have terrible service. it was my first time there i am never coming back. PS they never found the problem that i took the car for and the car is still making the same noise. This place is ridiculous.

In the past whenever I've gone I'm always told of one thing that absolutely has to be fixed immediately, one that should be fixed soon, and another thing that should be fixed but isn't urgent. It seems like their typical sales pitch. After I spent $500 a few years ago to fix a coolant leak that they were neither able to repair nor warrantee, I found a better and more honest mechanic. It wasn't hard

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. They provide top notch customer service, friendly, and they listen. They are honest and direct, not trying to take advantage of the customer! I highly recommend their shop!

I love this shop. I’ve been here a few times over the years. Everyone who helped me was so kind, and the quality of service is always amazing. I know nothing about cars and I totally trusted Honest 1 to take care of everything.

This shop always does a fabulous job. They always check with me before they make repairs. The guarantee their work and will do whatever they need to do to make sure my car is running in tip top shape.

I had my power steering system replaced here. They were very informative and transparent about the work that would be done, and associated costs. They worked incredibly quickly to finish up the needed repairs, and verified with me that there were no residual issues post-repairs. I'll definitely be coming back here with any future issued or concerns.
