Very trustworthy people. I’ve been taking my car here the past few years and they’ve always given me a good price for the good work they do! And they're great at communicating how long they'll be working on my car. I've never had to wait longer than the expected wait time, and they'll drive you to BYU or to your apartment if you'd rather not wait in the waiting area!

After using H-1 for over 10 years I can say it is the best Auto care in Utah County....

Kris and Bob are the best! They helped me out of a tight spot with my car. I have a severly limited window to work with and needed many shuttles to and from school and home. This was my first experience with Honest Auto and it was positive all around. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair and went out of their way to explain my situation in an honest and objective way. They even explained which issues they recommended I need to prioritize and which ones I can wait to repair. I had an incredible experience and plan to bring all my vehicles for transmission flushes and other repairs in the future. They’ve earned a life-long customer in me. Give them a chance, you won’t regret it.

It's hard to find a mechanic that does the job right, and fair and square. But EVERY TIME I fix my car here. It stays fixed, the cost is as quoted, there isn't a bunch of upsells and "other things" They treat me the way I would treat my best friend if it were MY business.

Been going to Honest 1 Autos for years because they are reliable, capable and quick. They call you with updates when they say they will, and tell you up front when they are likely to have time to work on your repair so there's no surprise. Any time I've gone in to them, they gave me a ride home/to school. They are amazing

Fair prices, friendly staff. They always take time to explain what is urgent to take care of, and what I can put off taking care of for a bit. The shuttle is also very helpful when I need to get somewhere while my car is being worked on.

Honest 1 Auto Care in Provo has always done a great job on my cars. They let me know what work needs to be done, but don't pressure me into doing it. They outline what is the most important thing to fix and what can wait. They give rides when needed and have drinks in the waiting room. They are friendly and fair. Thank you!

I’ve had a couple experiences with Bob and Kris here at Honest 1 and I am thoroughly impressed. The work has been done really well, they have been honest with me, they have intelligently diagnosed problems with two cars, one they didn’t even see. They are great to work with and prices are reasonable for the great work done. I don’t often leave reviews but I’ve been really impressed by my experience with them and I’ll be back I’m sure.
