We've loved working with them! They've been fast, reliable, and inexpensive, but even more important to me they treat you like family. You don't normally find customer service and auto repair together, but they've done it! Honest really is their trademark.

Excellent quality of work. Excellent customer service. I 100% recommend them. I've been a regular customer for ~10 years now. My great experiences and complete trust in them keep me coming back. I've even moved away from the Provo area and I drive the extra distance because I know they are worth it. They give you straight answers and discuss with you your options in a way you can understand. Back when I was living and working in the area I took advantage of their shuttle option a time or two which was a lifesaver. If you haven't tried them yet then you absolutely should!

I love going to them for help. They are honest and very clear in what they can accomplish and what they can't. They Do Not Cheat like other auto shops in the town. For me more than getting help right away only to find out I got cheated, I'm willing to wait and get the right help for affordable price. They truly live up to their name - HONEST and PROFESSIONAL.

Always do a wonderful job and exceeded expectations yesterday when I waited for my truck state inspection. Said it would be an hour for my Diesel and I was out in less than 45 min. Was referred to them by my daughter and I have referred my niece who said they were better than all the places she has been with her old clunker. Thank you Honest One! It's nice to know where I can go any time I need auto care.

Great experience! Very nice people and professional work. When I had to take my car in for a blinking check engine light and some shaking, they said they had openings that Friday but I could bring it in earlier if I wanted and they would work on it as soon as they could. I brought it in on Wednesday and they had all the work finished by Thursday afternoon. Very pleased with the fast service! Would definitely recommend.
