Honest-1 is my favorite auto shop! They live up to their name as they are very honest people to work with. They are friendly and helpful and have better prices than anywhere else I've found. I'll continue coming here for my auto needs. Thanks Honest-1!

Ridiculous. I could diagnose my car more accurately from YouTube than this place. Paying them to tell me they don't know the problem and didn't even check and investigate the things I was concerned about. All they want is to be paid.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I made an appointment for an emissions test and I was treated like family when I walked in the door till the time I left. The cost was average and I wasn't pressured into buying anything or other services. Thank you Honest1 Auto Care Provo!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would have been five stars but the guy who changed my oil reset my trip meter I use to track my gas mileage

Always great service from a great family

Been here twice. Both times they didnt fix the problem and had to go back for same day repairs. The last time I went, I dropped off my vehicle and the next day I got a call saying it was done. I didnt even make it home before it had all the same issues. When I took it back I looked at it with the mechanic and they hadnt replaced or fixed a single part. The mechanic said he had nothing to do with my vehicle and that it wasnt his fault that the work hadnt gotten done. Terrible company. Certainly not honest!

Honest-1 Auto Care honestly cares about their customers. They will give you an overview of what they found, but then give the decision to you on what you would like done. I am so grateful for their willingness to help a poor college student have reliable transportation, including providing a free shuttle. 10/10 would recommend.
