Always great service from a great family

Been here twice. Both times they didnt fix the problem and had to go back for same day repairs. The last time I went, I dropped off my vehicle and the next day I got a call saying it was done. I didnt even make it home before it had all the same issues. When I took it back I looked at it with the mechanic and they hadnt replaced or fixed a single part. The mechanic said he had nothing to do with my vehicle and that it wasnt his fault that the work hadnt gotten done. Terrible company. Certainly not honest!

Honest-1 Auto Care honestly cares about their customers. They will give you an overview of what they found, but then give the decision to you on what you would like done. I am so grateful for their willingness to help a poor college student have reliable transportation, including providing a free shuttle. 10/10 would recommend.

Bob provided excellent follow up and detail. You can trust them to not oversell work that isn't needed. I feel comfortable he will be a big help for my daughter and her car and will continue to be a support to keep the car in great shape. Fair and honest!!
