I'm sorry to hear that you feel our prices are too high. We are usually not the cheapest or the most expensive in town. We try to keep our prices competitive, but we only use high quality parts, and have a 3 year nationwide warranty for most repairs. We understand that repairing your car correctly can be costly, that is why we give recommendations we let you know which ones are urgent, and which ones you might be able to hold off on. We want you to be able to get on the road quickly, but safely, and take care of less urgent matters later on. If you're looking for a great place to take your vehicle for maintenance and or repair, I highly recommend Honest One in Provo. They are friendly, competent and thorough. They never try and push me into a service. They always give me their recommendations for repairs with an explanation of why and how urgent the repair is. I love how quickly they are able to get me in. The atmosphere at the shop is great. My kids love to play in the play area. They offer beverages. When my husband needs his oil changes they will let him drop the car off first thing in the morning and give him a ride to work! We love Honest One so much we drive from Eagle Mountain to Provo, just because we know we will get honest, terrific service each time. Make the switch to a better shop today.
