Provo Auto Repair

This shop was recommended by my neighbor who has been a mechanic for fifty years. When he can't do a repair himself he takes it to Honest 1. We were delighted with the fair pricing (exactly what they promised), quick turn-around, and very courteous and thoughtful service. I will go back there as often as I can. -Terrol

took my truck in for a free brake inspection and they took me back to show me my concern (brakes squeaking) and explained what was needed to repair. was very happy with the service and surprised they let me go into the shop to see my car. I will be back for sure.

I felt that the service was VERY professional and the place was clean and in excellent condition. I really liked the fact the technician took me back into the workshop to see the problem/damage in question. Not many places will do that - which shows the service is honest.

Great service and service people like Trevor and others are very accommodating in finding ways to help.

The only thing that I would say is that it took a little longer than I thought it would take. But, I think that is because they didn't have the part in stock and had to wait for it to arrive.

I had taken my car originally to another service shop and felt like they wanted to repair things that didn't need it and was way over charging for their services. A co-worker told me about Honest 1 and recommend that I have them look at it. Not only was the repair done as quick as possible, but at a third the cost of the first shop had quoted me, plus some of the things the other shop was wanting to do didn't need to be done. I so much appreciate that, and will definitely come back to Honest 1 Auto for any future work. My father was a mechanic and service manager throughout his career and always treated his clients and patrons honestly. I feel my father would be very pleased with the people you have working for you and the integrity of your shop and business. Thank you for truly being Honest in your care of my car it is much appreciated.

Every time I have gone to this Honest-1 Auto Care, I am treated with the amount of respect that I don’t get everywhere else. Being a woman going into an Auto shop of any kind you automatically have some sort of insecurity. Here the Shop Managers always make me feel welcome and no question is overlooked or too stupid. It almost feels like apart of the family! I am glad I found you guys! Thanks for all you do!

Trevor worked hard to minimize my cost of repairs and I really appreciate his efforts. It is this level of faith & trust that makes it a "no-brainer," for me to return to Honest-1 for all my auto repairs and to readily recommend them to anyone who needs quick, reliable and inexpensive, service on their vehicle.

Even though I had a bit of head butting about a gray area. I wanted to look over it and show that this is a good repair shop. While it may not be perfect, I do trust the mechanics and the store is accommodating to those who need to wait for their car. Even when I was going against what they said they were very nice and respectful as I tried to be and ended up still receiving my business.
