After shopping out THREE other local shops that came "recommended" by friends, I saved a ton of money by bringing it to Honest 1 and the quality of work was top notch, even on a difficult to wrench on vehicle ('95 Montero SR) I will be bringing my '07 Audi A4 here from now own too. Went in for an oil change and left completely satisfied with a smile on my face. They had a fair price, were very friendly, seemed quite knowledgeable, and they didn't try to rip me off or lie to me like other places around Provo have!

I learned about the progress of repairs to my vehicle from a service manager who kept me updated and informed about the repairs.

I think that the guys at this location are amazing. They take great care of their customers. Bob, the owner and Joe, the manager have always treated me fairly and with respect. Joe even arranged for a rental car for me because I had so much to do on this day. They all do an amazing job.

The first time I went in to Honest 1 Auto Care I was just getting a feel for mechanics in the area. They treated me like a prize customer, showed me around their shop, and introduced me to their mechanics. I have since taken my car in a couple of times and have always had a great experience. They are friendly, willing to explain what's going on with your car, and trust worthy. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

This shop was recommended by my neighbor who has been a mechanic for fifty years. When he can't do a repair himself he takes it to Honest 1. took my truck in for a free brake inspection and they took me back to show me my concern (brakes squeaking) and explained what was needed to repair. was very happy with the service and surprised they let me go into the shop to see my car. I will be back for sure.

I felt that the service was VERY professional and the place was clean and in excellent condition. I really liked the fact the technician took me back into the workshop to see the problem/damage in question. Not many places will do that - which shows the service is honest.
