The service is amazing. I've only come by on two occasions beforehand, but they greeted me by name without having to ask. The waiting area is the best area I've ever seen and the only automotive place I actually feel comfortable waiting it. I have already referred them to many friends.

We began coming to Honest 1 because of previous business dealings with Jared. We have always appreciated how he treats customers. We will continue to use Honest 1 for all our car needs.

I learned about your shop through my girl friend. She had nothing but good things to say on your company's behalf. I was talking to a friend at work ( work at Provo city) and he told me that your company offers discounts for city employees. I just needed a basic oil change and have been to busy to do it myself. I decided to take a chance and check you guys out. I am happy I did. Good luck in the future and I will not hesitate to come back.

Quick and professional. I was impressed with the pick up/drop off shuttle service provided. AND the saftey/emissions testing I got done was nearly $25 cheaper than where I was going to take it (Jiffy Lube). Overall, a better experience than I am used to receiving. Thanks!

In 20 years of having to take my car in to be serviced in Utah County, this is the first time someone (happily) offered to give me a ride somewhere. I was hooked on Honest 1 Auto Care from that moment.

I liked that I could make an appointment and bring my car in when I wanted. I was afraid that by bringing it in later in the day, (4:30 pm) I was going to have to wait because they were behind. But that wasn't the case. My vehicle was being worked on before I had all my info filled out at the front desk and it was done 30 minutres. sooner than they quoted me. They are very friendly and easy to get along with. I'll be back.
