I came to Honest 1 Auto Care to have my One Stop emissions and safety inspections done. I had no prior experience with mechanics in the Provo area, and picked them out of the blue. They were fast, friendly, and (as their name implies) honest. The pricing was excellent. Cheapest rate for the safety and emissions I've ever seen. They warned me about a few components of the car that were showing wear that might need to be replaced soon, but there was no pressure nor scare tactics to push me into having it fixed immediately. Excellent pricing, friendly advice and good-natured people. That about sums it up.

My wife had clipped a coupon some time ago. Longer than we had thought. So when we brought it in, it was over a year out of date. I was embarrassed but the staff was friendly and they honored the price printed on the coupon. I know they didn't have to, but they made a return customer out of me.
