So one day as I was driving I saw honest auto on the side of the road and thought to myself. No one just calls them self honest auto unless they’re honest so I called them up and scheduled an appointment to get my oil to be changed, My transmission fluid to be changed, and my coolant to be changed. The oil change price was far better than other places that I’ve seen and with the transmission fluid they said that they could flush it and not just change it, which means it all was replaced and not just some. And their price I believe was completely fair and they weren’t scamming me for money.

Their name says it all— HONEST and VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. It was a pleasure to speak with Kris over the phone from Pennsylvanian trying to make arrangements to fix my daughter’s car who is attending BYU. The experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend them to anyone in Provo. Thank you for taking care my daughter and her car.

Great shop and great owners. We only go to them for all of our car needs. You would think that doing things like installing a car battery would be easy things to do, but we actually went to someone else, and they installed it wrong . My car stalled out, and I almost got hit. Honest one was able to fix the problem and identify it really quickly, and we've never had any problems after taking our car to them, and the fixes were always resolved.

So kind and quick! Scheduled my emissions test and was done fast. I was confused about some of the charges and it was explained to me and handled professionally and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into getting work done that I didn’t need! Very sweet and understanding staff

I had always passed by this auto care facility but never stopped by; but, because they accepted my insurance, I had no choice. However, I was pleasantly delighted from the time I went in: I felt welcomed, heard, and validated. They kept me informed throughout the repair procedure, notified me again at the end, and even suggested additional options. While there, I did not feel pressed or persuaded to make a repair. I would highly suggest this auto care.
